What happens next?

1.     You get a calendar invite with a Google Meet (or phone) link the moment you book.

2.     If we agree to work together on the call, I'll email you a Stripe Payment Link (a one-off link for single sessions, a 50% deposit link for blocks, or a subscription link for monthly online coaching) and the 41-question intake form.

3.     New 1-to-1 studio clients book a 90-minute initial consultation as the first session. Online and gym-buddy clients can start straight away once the intake form is back.

4.     You'll get the studio address and arrival instructions by email once your first session is paid (or, for blocks, once the deposit is paid).

If a video call doesn’t work for you

Phone is fine. So is text-only on Signal or WhatsApp. So is asynchronous email back-and-forth instead of a call. Just say so on the contact form and we'll find a way that works.
