  • You're neurodivergent. Sessions are predictable, sensory-aware and structured around how your brain actually works — not how a textbook says it should.

  • Gyms have always felt like other people's spaces. You're not the problem. The standard gym is. The studio is small, private, and built around one person at a time: you.

Hi, I’m Alexi.

I'm a queer, trans, personal trainer based in Reading, and I founded Pride & Iron because I couldn't find the space I needed when I started my own fitness journey. Walking into gyms while navigating my own transition and experimenting with gender expression was incredibly daunting and it took me a while before I felt comfortable in an established routine..,. Now I create that routine for others while helping them create a roadmap to their goals.. I work with LGBTQ+ people, neurodivergent clients, and anyone who's ever felt like fitness wasn't made for them. We do this through strength, movement, and the kind of coaching that meets you exactly where you are.

If we're a good fit, you complete a short intake form and book your first session. New 1-to-1 studio clients have a 90-minute initial consultation first.

3. Journey Begins

We get to work — at the studio, online, or wherever you train. You set the pace.
